Who We Are

We’re a Toronto-based people advisory and development practice for small businesses that want to do right by their people, without HR feeling cold, complicated, or overwhelming.

Here’s what we believe (and what we’ve seen time and time again): when you take care of your people, your people take care of your business. It’s not revolutionary but it is essential if you want something actually lasts.

With over 20 years of experience across Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development, we’ve learned this: most people challenges aren’t about “bad employees” or “poor leadership.” They’re about unclear expectations, avoided conversations, and not having the right support at the right time.

That’s where we come in.
